Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Sharjeel is the first PhD of Iqra University specializing in Psycholinguistic Measurement and Evaluation. He did his M.Phil (Gold Medal), M.Ed (Gold Medal) and B.Ed (Gold Medal) from Hamdard University. He also has a Diploma from Bradford, U.K specializing in Measurement and Testing. He did C.P.S.E in Language & Learning from Bradford, U.K.
His areas of specialization include international C.O.T.E from Cambridge, U.K. He received his professional teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education, U.A.E in 1989 where he began his professional career. He represents many international research organizations as member including M.S.E.R.A & A.E.R.A, U.S.A. He has also worked extensively for National Testing Service, NTS and Higher Education Commission, HEC, as a trainer.
His research papers have been published in many national and international journals of repute. He worked as Acting Dean and Director Academics in Clifton Campus from May 2010 to June 2011. He joined Iqra University in November 2000.
