Moona Shamim is associated with Iqra University as a lecturer. She is pursuing her M.PHIL (Finance) from Iqra University. She holds MBA and MCS from Iqra University and M.A (Economics) From University of Karachi. During her education in Iqra University, she secured scholarships and stood first in MCS and MBA.

She has worked in Orix Investment Bank in Corporate Finance. She began her teaching career as a permanent faculty member at Iqra University. Her areas of special interest are Accounting, Finance and Management Information Systems. She began her career at Iqra University in 2007.
