• MBA-HRM from Iqra University

Ms. Quratulain Shah is associated with Iqra University as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She is MBA-HRM from Iqra University. Even during her MBA, she remained associated with IU in Academic Administration and HR Mobilization. Her disertation study investigated the job satisfaction and performance of employees at higher education institutes. Before joining Iqra, Ms. Shah has served as a Lecturer at BIZTEK. Her areas of interests are Human Capital Theory, and role of Human Capital in Organizational Development.
