Mr. Nasir did his Masters in Economics from the University of Oregon (USA) and Lakehead University (Canada). Before joining Iqra University, he taught at Hamdard University for over eleven years. He has also worked as Vice President at National Development Finance Corporation Pakistan for about 14 years.

Mr. Nasir attended a number of national and international seminars including World Bank’s Seminar at Washington DC and UNDP’s workshop in Colombo. He also participated in two World Literary Conferences held in India. Besides his association with academia, he is an author of three books on creative fiction and literary criticism.
