Dr. Najmonnisa is associated with Iqra University as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management Sciences, Department of Business Administration since 2008. Her PhD Thesis is on “Cooperative Learning in Classrooms.”

In the past, she has worked for Sindh Education Foundation and USAID. She has presented numerous papers in National and International Conferences. Her areas of special interest are Girls’ Education, Professional Development for Teachers and School-Community Partnership. Dr. Najmonnisa is also associated with various NGOs in the capacity of Consultant.
