IUNC Media Society visit Pakistan Sweet Homes Orphanage ceremony — at Ramada plaza karachi.
IUNC Media society and Soul society attended the Launching Ceremony of Pakistan Sweet Homes Orphanage in Karachi last Sunday, 19th October. Chief Guest of the ceremony was Mr. Zammarud Khan, MNA from Rawalpindi and Ex-Chairman, Pakistan Baitulmal.
Chancellor Iqra University, Mr. Hunaid Lakhani, welcomed, & appreciated the mission of the Chief Guest and his life long dedication with the orphans. He also elaborated about his new initiative about the expansion of Sweet Home, and his love to serve the orphans. Talking about the Sikandar Incident in Islamabad, Mr. Khan candidly explained what transpired him to undertake such a brave and risky action.
After the formal inauguration, all students, the Chief Guest and the Chancellor proceeded to the new facility of Pakistan Sweet Home located at Super Highway, in the form of a convoy to greet the children at the new facility. The Society students showed commitment to shoulder the vision of the Chancellor and resolved to make this daunting task possible. May Allah be with them, Amen!
